Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure for any reason.
- Full refund is guaranteed in case of the severe weather conditions.
- Free of charge option to postpone a tour is offered in case of force majeure.
Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- If you book a tour and are found to be un-suitable all bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of departure.
- Damage or loss to any equipment will be charged.
- If clients do not cancel and simply do not show up, no refund provided.
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Minimum numbers are required on every trip and Ride to the Sky reserves the right to cancel any trip when these numbers are not met.
- Ride to the Sky reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather or customers suitability.
- Ride to the Sky reserves the right to offer an alternative tour if a customer’s riding skills are not suitable for chosen tour.
- All participants 16 years and under require their legal guardian to sign our Check in form prior to travel.
- All participants aged 17 years and over are required to sign our Check in form prior to travel.
